Create an account (or Log In if you already created one).
Follow the instructions and complete your profile.
Select the registration category.
The total amount will be updated, proceed with payment and submit.

800 RMB (110 USD)
The conference registration fee includes the conference fee and material fee. Transportation and accommodation costs are self-funded.
The field trip includes both meals and transportation.

Cancellations and Refunds
The Conference Secretariat must be notified by e-mail at MEGE2025@outlook.com in the event of cancellation of registration. Corresponding refunds will be made after the Conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:
